Schedule and milestones associated with delivery of this work shall be mutually agreed upon in advance of services rendered. 2. NetLogix typically requires a minimum two (2) week implementation lead time after receipt of client network configuration information. Less than two (2) weeks lead-time is considered an emergency implementation and may be assessed a premium charge. 3. NetLogix's quoted rates are subject to final Site Surveys and final Network Design. 4. Any delays experienced while a NetLogix Engineer is on-site due to customer infrastructure or wide area network provider problems will be billable at NetLogix' quoted hourly rate schedule ($150.00/hour) if it is determined that this will affect the total quoted hours. 5. If necessary, NetLogix will add to the order via NetLogix standard change order process any network or wiring components required to complete the installation. 6. Overtime and Work performed between non-standard hours of 6PM and 6AM will be invoiced at a Premium Rate (150% of quoted rates) unless otherwise negotiated. 7. Installation pricing assumes that suitable power is available at the mounting locations unless otherwise specified. 8. Installation of mounting poles or non-standard mounts is not included in this cost proposal. Any non-standard installation will be identified during the Site Survey and in advance of services rendered. 9. Quotes for Installations Services include miscellaneous items such as cables (200' max per installation location) and connectors. 10. Quotes do not include costs for "coring" or other non-standard physical structure penetration that requires more than weatherproofing materials. 11. Delays to the project caused by lack of access, non-provision of necessary documentation or information, or any other failure by the customer to meet their responsibilities could affect the schedule and price. In the event of such delay, NetLogix shall immediately notify the main Point of Contact. NetLogix will provide an impact statement to include any changes to schedule and price. NetLogix reserves the right to renegotiate the terms of the contract pertaining to schedule, to limit the possibility of a cost change, for such events beyond our control. 12. If any equipment supplied by NetLogix is found to be defective during the installation, NetLogix shall replace the equipment at no extra charge for re-installation, and NetLogix will complete the installation as specified. 13. NetLogix reserves the right to charge customers for one day's full quoted amount for scheduled Installation Services in the event that Client cancels or reschedules any installation without 3 days prior written notice. 14.
