They even pulled up the plans to look for a different reference number for this project, we don't have anything at Iron Mountain either. One of the guys suggested that we go ahead and scan the change orders under the contract number even though we don't have the contract. Let me know if you can think of anything else for us to do to try to solve this little mystery. Maybe one of the longer tenured folks could help? Did you check file cabinets? Database/storage? It is curious that there isn't a contract since it went to Council. Let me know once you're exhausted your efforts/interest in this so I can figure out what to do with the change orders © Thank you. I've a stack of change orders for contract 1113 Tyler St. improvements. The contractor is Palomar Grading & Paving. All the Council action is in DMS (agenda bills) but there is no contract in DMS. I've also check our databases and find no records for it (aside from these change orders.) Since it's a street improvement I thought I'd check with you first. Please let me know if you have any PW contracts; and specifically if you have this one with Palomar Grading & Paving. Thank you. Debra
