All loans of objects from the UCLA Fowler Museum of Cultural History are made subject to !?e
Borrower's agreement to the following:
1. Each object, upon receipt and prior to return, will be examined and compared to the Condition Report
provided. Any discrepancy or change must be reported immediately to the Museum's Registrar by phone and noted on the Condition Reports. Reports are to be returned with the objects.
2. Greatest care should be exercised in the handling of these objects. All metal objects should be handled
wivl cotton or latex gloves to prevent corrosion. Special handling and exhibition requirements are noted on
Condition Reports and should be supplied to all designers, art handlers and installers. Each object should at

it. Repairs will be handled by the Museum's Conservation Department. All pieces of a broken object must be kept and the Museum's Registrar must be notified as soon as possible.

Holes may not be drilled or objects pierced in any way for hangers or any other purpose. Paint must not be applied in the proximity of objects.
