^GfillMEII THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of October, 1950 by and between CARLSBAD MUTUAL WATER COMPANY, a Cali- fornia Corporation, party of the first part, and VISTA CEMENT PRODUCTS of Vista, California, party of the second part; WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, for and in consideration of FIFTY ($50.00) Dollars, receipt of which is here- by acknowledged, does hereby grant to said party of the second part, the right and privilege of ingress and egress across^that certain real property situated in the County of San Diego, State of Cali- fornia, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: All that portion of Lot 4, Section 6, T-ll-S, R-3-W, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Govern- ment Survey approved Dec. 14, 1885, lying within the following boundaries: Beginning at a point 22 chains North of the Quarter corner between Sections 1 and 6 on the range line between T-ll-S, Ranges 3 and 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian; thence on a true meridian South 62° East 3*60 chains; thence along County Road North 48<* East 5 chains; thence along County Road North 42 1/2° East 3 chains; thence along County Road North 52 1/2° East 5 chains; thence North 43° East 11 chains; thence North 50 1/2° East 0.80 chains to Intersections of North boundary of Lot 4, Section 6, T-ll-S, R-3-W, San Bernardino Meridian; and 2.2? chains West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 1.20 chains to South and Easterly edge of San Luis Rey River; thence South 64° 12' West along South and Easterly edge of San Luis Rey River 23.33 chains to intersection of West boimdary of Lot 4, Section 6, T-ll-S, R-3-W; thence South 6.50 chains to point of beginning. IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the party of the first part shall have the right and option to terminate this lease upon giving thirty (30) days' written notice to said party of the second part by registered mail and addressed to him at Vista, California, in the event of a sale of said demised premises or any parcel there- of, or for any other reason deemed justified by the party of the first part. However, in any event said lease shall not continue in effect beyond December 31, 1951• Upon termination of said lease, either by lapse of time X.:, or otherwise, the said party of the second part agrees to restore said property to its original condition and repair all gates and fences.
