RELEASE AGREEMENT
The City of Carlsbad, California, hereinafter referred
to as CITY, does hereby grant to RD
123 Brookside Lane, Oceanside, Californfa 92054
, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE,
revocable permission to go onto and upon certain property
owned by CITY and generally described as the Lake Calavaras
area. The herein granted permission shall be revocable
at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the
CITY. No permission is hereby granted to go onto any
other property or to injure any property or to commit
waste. The permission herein granted in not assignable
or transferable.
In consideration of the permission herein granted,
GRANTEE hereby releases CITY, its successors and assigns,
and a1 1 other persons, firms or corporations secondarily
lj,able, or who might be,claimed to be liable from any and
all claims, demands, actions, or suits of any kind, by
reason of personal injuries and/or property damage to the
undersigned, or by reason of any other claimed liability
of CITY, rising out of the use by. GRANTEE of the herein
granted permi ss ion.
