ITEM EXPLANATION: At its May 18, 2011 Board meeting, the CTBID Board elected Bill Canepa as Vice Chair of the CTBID Board. The Board approved a two year term for Board Vice Chair. The two year term is now up and the Board needs to elect a Board member to the position for a two year term. A suggested process for electing officers is attached at Exhibit 1. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: This action does not qualify as a project under the California Environment Quality Act ("CEQA") and will not have a physical adverse effect on the environment.
