A RESOI.U*ON Oi: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD PRESCRIBING PLACE FOR PUBLIC POSTING
OF NOTICES PURSUANT TO SECTION S OF RULE II of
COUNCIL RESOLUTION V0. 1727.
The City Council of tiic: City of Carlsbad does resolve as
follows:
1. The entrance to the City of Carlsbad Council Chambers at
1200 Elm Avenu:, Carlsbad, California, is hereby prescribed
as the place as which notices regarding amendment or revision
of the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of Carlsbad
shall be publicay'posted pursuant to Section. S of Rule II of
Ordinance No. 1727.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held January 5 1971
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
