RESOLUTION NO. 1710
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES REGARDING
SUBDIVISIONS AND SPECIFIC PLANS
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does

resolve as follows:
1. A filing fee for filing a tertative subdivision map
or preliminary parcel nap shall be One hundred dollars
($100.00) plus Two dollars ($2.00) per dwelling unit
or lot . -
2. The filing fee for filing a final subdivision map or
final parcel map shall be Twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
plus Two dollars ($2.00) per dwelling unit or lot.
3. The filing fee for filing improvement plans shall be
one percent of the total cost of the improvements.
4. The inspection deposit fee for inspection of subdiv-
isions shall be two percent of the actual cost of
construction, as determined pursuant to provisions of
subparagraph (d) of Section 416 of Ordinance Number
9050. .
5. The filing fee for filing specific plans for checking
shall be One hundred dollars ($100.00) plus Two
dollars ($2.00) for each dwelling unit or lot pursuant
to provision of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9219.
