Statement of the Matter
A two foot widenjng strip was obtained from the flcShane's and
apparently the legal description described-a two foot stri? on the Northwesterly rather than the Northeasterly two feet of the lot. Engineering requests that this be rectified by authorizing
and directing the execution and delivery of a quitclaim deed to the Northwesterly- two feet and accepting a grant deed for the Nortlieasterly two feet. A sketch is attached.
