Statement of the Matter
The subject parcel split proposes to divide that property
located at 7250 Ponto Drive into two parcels. It is impractical
to construct the street improvements on Ponto Drive at this time

A. That improvements on Ponto Drive be deferred until such
time as the City Engineer deems appropriate.
B. That the City enter into a future street improvement
agreement with the owners, Bawson P. and Lillian G. Martineau,
