Carlsbad-by-the-Sea retirement home requests consideration of increasing the time-given for the green light on Carlsbad Boulevard and Grand Avenue for the safety of the elderly people living at the Home and thejr frequenting the the local down businesses.

7-21-70 Letter dated 7-15-70 from Mr. Olander of the Carlsbad by the Sea Lutheran Retirement Home was discussed and it was noted that the time cycle and the signal has been changed to allow more time for pedestrian crossing.
