Exhibit #1. Ordinance #1126'*adopting final budget for fiscal year 1970-71 2. Ordinance #1125, setting tax rates for fiscal year 1970-71. 3. Resolution #1773, fixing the amount of revenue from property tax necessary to support City Departments and to pay bonded indebtedness. 4. Resolution #1774, adopting.the salary plan for 1970-71. Revenues from property -tax necessary to support City Departments and pay bonded indebtedness was established; and a salary plan for 1970-71 was adopted. -2- o 1 2 3 4 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 251 26; ORDINANCE NO. 1126 -A AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1970-1971 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: That certain document entitled City of Carlsbad Final Budget - 1970-71, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad and is by this reference in- corporated herein, is hereby adopted as the final budget of the City of Carlsbad for the Fiscal Year 1970-1971. This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 36937(d) and because it is for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, in that it is necessary for the proper running of the City of Carlsbad that the Final Budget be adopted at this time without further delay.
