Statement of the Matter _
Personnel Ordinance No. 1120 provides that employment or
eligibility lists must be established for all classified positions
within the City by�prepared and conducted testing methods. No funds
are provided in•the�current budget,for.applicable tests.
Since communities appear -to treat their job testing materials in a
classified'manner, as•we shall do also, tests must be purchased or
