OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING PERSONNEL
DIRECTOR, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO ENTER INTO
AND SIGN.AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA, CALIFORNIA STATE: PERSONNEL BOARD, COOP-
ERATIVE PERSONNEI, SERVICES DIVISION, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PERFORMING EXAMINING SERVICES FOR
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby•
resolve as follows:
1. The Personnel Director of the City of Carlsbad,
William C. Baldwin, is hereby authorized and directed,
on behalf of the City of Carlsbad, to enter into and
sign an agreement with the State of California, California
State Personnel Board, Cooperative Personnel Services
Division, for the purpose of performing examining services
for the City of Carlsbad.
z. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
approve of the entering into said contract for the
performance of technical personnel services.
PASSED, APPROVED; AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
held December 15 , 197D, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Dunne.
