The property is located at the Northeast corner of Palomar Road and El Camino Real. This matter will not require a public hearing as all of the property owners within the area proposed to be annexed have consented to the annexation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54797.1. That it does hereby find and declare that all requirements of law necessary to the adoption of this Ordinance pursuant to California Government Code Sections 35314 and 54797.1 have been complied with. SECTION 2. That it does hereby approve the annexation to the City of Carlsbad of that certain real property located in the County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly descrit ed on Exhibit ''A" attached hereto and by this reference incorpora- ted herein, which said property is hereby designated "East Carlsbac Annexation No. 2.10. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its adoptior SECTION 4. PUBLICATION: The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be publishec once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
