I RESOLUTION NO. 1836
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING A NO PARKING AREA.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. A no parking area between 8:OO a.m. and 5:OO p.m. is
hereby designated on the Easterly side of Monroe
Avenue for a distance of approximately 400 feet
beginning at a point 290 feet north of the center-
line of Chestnut Avenue, and that the area be
properly posted.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City .of, Carlsbad, California, held April 6,
197.7., by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Ounne, McComas, Castro and Lewis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Jardine
