Resolution #1875 amending Resolution #1727 regarding Holiday Schedule for City Employees adopted. -2- RESOLUTION NO. 1873 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING 211 I 31 SALARY PLAN FOR THE CITY FOR 1971-72 i FISCAL YEAR. 41 WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 15, 1971 and June 29, 61 1971, hold discussions regarding standard rates of pay, position 7! titles, hours of work and holidays for all city employees; 81 91 resolve as follows: i 10 1 11; forth thereafter, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and 3.2 51 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does I 1. The following standard rates, with step increases set I made a part hereof, are hereby established as the salary plan for the City of Carlsbad.
