The City-Engineer`.s Office has completed checking the final map of tl'Cemino Mesa No. 6.for conformance with.ihe State Subdivision Map Act.and applicable State and local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. 2. .The final map donforms substantially.to the conditions of the tentative map approved by the City Council on July 1,'1969 (Resolu= tion No. 1633). The number of lot's has been reduced from 42 to 41. 3. Those Lots C and E•previously rejected for public street purposes on El Camino Mesa Unit No. 5, itap•6693, recorded July 24-; 1970,• should now be accepted.- (See Exhib.il "A"') , Exhibits A. Sketch showing Lots C and E access. B. Resolution No. 4-7 L, accepting Lots C and E for street purposes. Staff Recommendations 1. Adopt a motion: 1) Approving the final map of El Camino Mesa Unit No. 6 subject to the conditions of the tentative map, accepting dedication of the public streets, drainage and sewer easements, accepting abutters' right of access appurtenant to a portion of Lot 40, and accepting the sanitary sewer system and domestic water system. 2) That the Council adopt Resolution No. accepting for public i street purposes all of Lots C and E, E1 Camino Mesa Unit No. 5, i Map 6693, recorded July 24, 1970, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. f 3) Authorizing the Mayor to execute a subdivision improveMent agreement on behalf of the City, d 0 AB No. City Manager's Recommendation Concur with staff recommendation. The City Council, of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The following described real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly described as Lots C and E of El Camino Mesa Subdivi- sion, Unit No. 5, according to map thereof No. 6693, recorded July 24, 1970, which were previously rejected by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for public street purposes, are now hereby accepted for public street purposes. 2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego, State of California. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held July 6, 1971 , 1971, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis. � NOES done.
