Tn said budget (Account No. 5-114-9.1) $400.00 was budgeted to purchase
a drafting table. With the use of a little imagination we have built
into the new parks office an excellent drawing board with expenditures
of approximately $30.00. Therefore, we request that we be allowed
to utilize the remaining funds to'purchase ari Olivetti Model 600 Adding
Machine for approximately $300.00. Said machine will be used for daily
office computations and the periodic 'parks in lieu fee' ones.
