Statement of the Matter
A dangero'us situation has arisen due to parking of large trucks on the east-side of Pi0 Pic0 adjacent to Alphy's Restaurant. We cannot discrim- inate against trucks by-allowing other vehicle parking; therefore, it appears necessary to dis-allow parking of both types of vehicles. ..

Staff Recommendations
That there be no parking on the east side of Pi0 Pic0 from Tamarack to northerly property line of Alphy's Restaurant, .and that proper signs be erected. Also, a loading zone should be provided between the "no park- ing" zone and the northerly property line of the catholic school, and --proper curb painting and signing should be installed.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAP DESIGNATING THE EAST SIDE OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE, NORTHERLY OF TAMARACK AVENUE AND ADJACENT TO ALPHY'S RESTAURANT, AS A "NO PARKING" ZONE, AND ESTABLISHING A LOADING
ZONE ADJACENT TO CATHOLIC SCHOOL
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby

resolve as follows:
