'Carlsbad Tract 71-3 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map
Act and applicable State'and local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad

The conditions of the Tentative Mcip require inprovement of the half
of T-amarack Avenue, bordering the subdivision. Since Tamara.ck will- be
four lanes in each direction, it would be reasonable 'for..the City to
assume the "paving costs for the two center lanes in residential areas.
This leaves'the developer with an o.bliga.tion equivalent to'a local
street. Pavement of the City portion, would be deferred until City Funds
are available. • • . "•••'•

1. Adopt a motion:
(a) Approving the final map of Carlsbad Tract" 7,1-3 subject to t.he
"conditions of the tentative map, and
(b) Accepting dedication of the public streets, drainage easement,
and accepting the sanitary sewer system and domestic water
system, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a subdivision
improvement agreement on behalf of the City, and
(c) Authorizing the City to reimburse the .developer for the construc-
tion of twelve(12) feet of paving, from F.Y. 72-73 Funds.
