Statement of the Matter

On October 12, 1971, the Planning Commission approved a conditional use
permit.for an animal kennel in the Ponto area. Several of the conditions
att.ached to the permit concerned the installation of public improvements.
It is impractical for these improvements .to be -installed at this t-ime.
They should.Ibe installed as part of an overall- project for the area. It
is therefore recommended that the applicant be authorized to.enter into
the attached Future Improvement Agreement guaranteeing construction at a
later date'.- "
