0RDINANCE.NO. 3087
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AMENDING CHAPTER 10.08 - TRAFFIC
ADMINISTRATION - OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING OFFICE OF
TRAFFIC ENGINEER.
(Amending Section 20 of Ordinance #3005)
It is hereby ordained that §lo. 08.060 of the Carlsbad Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Ҥlo. 08.060 CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER-OFFICE
ESTABLISHED-POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY. The office of City
Traffic Engineer is established.
Traffic Engineer in addition to his other functions and shall exercise the

EFFECTIVE DATE! This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
on the thirty-first day from and after its adoption.
