Statement of the Matter
A. C.C.O. #1 - A modificationto the plans wasrequiredin the vicinity of
Carlsbad Blvd. and Pine Ave. and Oak Ave. in order to increase the efficiency
of the system along Carlsbad Blvd..by replacing two old existing water lines.

'Added cost for (C.C.O. #1) to project (See Exhibit "A") $ 2,115.84

B..C.C.O. #2 - An extension of the water system is in order with the install-
ation of 1941 L.F. of 8" water line and appurtenances in Wilson St. from
Forest Ave. to Buena Vista Ave. and in Buena Vista Ave. from Wilson St. to
Valley St. (See attached Exhibit "B"). These improvements were to be
included as a part of the water system program budget as contingency items.
Added cost for (C.C.O. #2) to project $17,003.85

Total cost of C.C.O. #1 and 2 $19,119.69
