A portion of the parking lot in front of St. Patrick's School was taken
by' the' Division of Highways as part of tne. frontage road construction
for the.Freeway widening. Due to a grad2 problem the schbol wishes to - reconstruct a retaining wall along their frontage and wish to encroach
into the public right of way. The encroachment-into the right of way - will not conflict with utilities or proposed sidewalk construction.

AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR A RETAINING WALL IN FRONT OF
ST. PATRICK'S PAROCHIAL SCHOOL, 3820 PIO Ptco DRIVE, CARLS-
BAD, IS HEREBY REQUESTED.
THE REASON FOR THIS REQUEST IS TO MINIMIZE EXCAVATION AND TO
ELIMINATE A PLANTER AREA BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE RETAINING
WALL, WHICH COULD BECOME A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM.
IT IS RESPECTFULLY REQUESTED THAT THE PERMIT FEE BE WAIVED AND
THAT FAVORABLE CONSIDERATION BE GIVEN THIS REQUEST.
