Statement of the Matter
The present secretary is terminating as of April 1,
1972. We request the sum of $566.00 for one month,
from March 1, 1972 to April 1, 1972 to cover the
cost of txaining the new secretary.
The estimated amount of revenue from Building permsts
will exceed Ohe estimate.by $15,000 or more,with $4,166;00
being already committed and would like to have the approval
of the additional $566.00
