the following conditions and limitations:
1. That landscape and sprinkler plans shall be submitted for
approval by the Parks & Recreation Director. on a11 'cut -and fil
slopes, as each phase of development occurs in connection with
any application for rezoning.
2. That a grading plan for this area shall be in conformance
with the Citg of Carlsbad Grading Ordinance and subject to
approval of the City Engineer.

WHEREAS, on the 11th day of January, 1972, the Carlsbad
City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 751, which is here-
with referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, all notices o the hearing hereon have been given
as required by law and all persons interested were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad does hereby find and adopt as the findings of
the City Council the recommendations of the Planning Commission
as set forth in the above referenced resolution of the Planning
Commission; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Circulation Element of the
General Plan is hereby amended by adding Amendment No. 3, to
