‘is no longer functional, 1 request permission to have sewer lines installed and to connect with the city sewer on Tamarack Ave. I talked to Mr.. Spano, the Assistant City Engineer, who was most helpful. He quoted me a Lateral fee of $250 and a $50 connection fee plus an approximate, charge of 8350 for sewer assessment.
My property is located 265 feet South of Tamarack Ave. with a legal easement for ingress and egress through the property of Maurice Erunache in front, Mr. Brunache main- tains that he has already paid the total assessment fees - on the property frontage and has demanded that I pay him $350 to compensate for half these fees before he will 2110~ me to use the easement for sewer lines. Because of this I request a waiver of assessment fees from the city on the basis that Mr. Brunache has already paid and I have reimbursed him for half that amount.
I would appreciate anything you can do to expedite this request since I cannot use my plumbing and my baby and I are forced to stay in Encinitas with my mother until you have made a decision on this matter. Although my h~sband is a commercial tuna fisherman and will be gone for the next six months, we have already arranged with A&R Services of Carlsbad to do the work as soon as we have your approval. 1.can be reached at home or at 330 E Street-153-6811, if you need any more information.

To Whom It May Concern:
I hereby authorize the construction of a seier line through the easement along the southwest 10 feet of my property from its junction at Tamarack Avenue,to the property line of 1319 Tamarack Am.
For this consideration I have received the amount of $350 from the owners of 1319 Tamarack Avenue to compensate for half of the sewer assessment fee already paid-bx me to the City of Carlsbad.
