Statement of the Matter
The tentative map for Carlsbad Tract 71-6-was approved by City Council
Resolution No. 1917, and .provides for the development of a 14-unit
condominium on Park Drive near Marina Drive.
The final map is in conformance with the' tentative map and satisfies the
requirement's of the State Map Act.

Staff Recommendations
