Future Improvement' Agreement - Highland Drive

Statement of the Matter
The applicant has applied /or-a parcel" split to.create three parcels on.
Highland Drive ' between Adams and Hoover Streets.. Highland Drive has a
ri-vht 'G-~ -.vav of fifty (' = 0) feet in this area and is not improved to City
standards. Applicant has dedicated five (:>) feet of right of w: y to
create an ultimate street width of sixty- (oO) feet and has complied
with all requirements as set rorth oy Planning Commission Resolution
No ." 7 4 o .
Construction of street improvements at this time is not practical since
grades have not been 'established and improvements in mid-block would
serve -no practical purpose. In tl\is case, a future improvement agree-
ment would seem to be the logical •-solution. • -
