The undersigned residents request all street obstructions be removed to relieve
aggravated traffic hazards at the entrance to Buena Vista Circle caused by increased
fast-moving traffic on Laguna Drive and Roosevelt Avenue.
Accidents and near -accidents are causel by BLIND approaches and congested traffic
at peak periods usually 0700 to 0900 and 1600 to 1800 AND through the hours of dark-
ness, when certain traffic is especially fast-moving between State and Jefferson
