A Change of zone from R-A-10,000 to P-C (Planned Community) was granted
to Kamar Construction Company on March 17, 1970, Ordinance No. 9250,
for property known as Hosp Grove.
They are requesting the issuance of a grading permit on units A,B, and
C, of the Hosp Grove Master Plan. A total of acres involved is 31.3.
