Resolution of Intention #1997, stating the intention of the Council to call a Special Election as to whether the territory known as "East Carlsbad Annexati'on #2.12" shall be annexed, is set for hearing
June 7, 1972.
At the time fixe'd for hearing if even one property owner within the
area proposed to be annexed protests theannexation, the hearing must be continued.
