Statement of the Matter
The Planning Commission, at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 23,
1972, heard the subject application by Larwin, Inc. After listening
to presentations by the applicants, the commtssion held discussion
on the application. There was no one present to speak in opposition.
Therefore, the commission voted unanimously (3 commissioners absent.)
to approve the applicant's request and submit their recommendations
of approval to the City Council for their consideration.
The documents itemized below complete this application for your
further review and hearing.

There is a need in the City for housing types of the nature proposed to
be placed in the area requested for rtclassification

the purpose permitted in the proposed zone than for the purpose permitted
in present classification?
The present zoning does not permit the development of a project of the
nature proposed to be placed within the area requested for reelassification.
What were the original deed restrictions, if any, concerning the type and
