That portion of an easement or right of way for water pipeline purposes, together with the right of way of ingressSand egress for the purpose of construction, maintenance, repair and re- moval, provided, however, any such pipelines shall be placed at least 18 inches under the surface of the ground measured to the top of said pipelines as reserved by South Coast Land Company, a California Corporation, in instrument recorded
February 9, 1925, in Book 1050, Page 282 of Deeds, said easement
being over an undefined area, that is contained within the
Northeastekly 100.00 feet of the Northwesterly 55.50 feet of
the Southeasterly 241.00 feet of Lot 47 of Seaside Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the map thereof No. 1722, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 28, 1921.
As shown for convenience sake on Attachment "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
