thfA standard condition of land division within the City is me
construction of street improvements (i.e. curb & gutter, side-
walks etc.) along the street frontage. The immediate construction
of these improvements along this portion of El Cam i no Real is not
essential at this time. A future agreement for the construction
of these street improvements by the owner is in order.
