Statement of the Matter
The Planning Department can use the services of a draftsman to prepare
charts, maps and other graphic materials to illustrate findings and
recommendations.
It is suggested that an intra-City job announcement for PLANNING
TECHNICIAN (Range 26) be created. An eligibility list will be es-
tablished from intra-City tests.

RESOLUTION NO. 2065
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD AMENDING CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION
NO. 2050 ADOPTING SALARY PLAN FOR THE CITY
FOR 1972-73.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad did on July 18, 1972 adopt a
salary plan for the City of Carlsbad for 1972-73,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2050, dated
July 18, 1972,_ is amended by deletion of Range 1lo. 24 and inclusion
of Range No. 26 for the classification PLANNING TECHNICIAN, as set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached and incorporated herein.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held August 15, 1972, by the
following vote, to wit:
