Statement of the Matter
On Dec. 28, 1972, the Planning Commission approved subject panhandle
lot split (See Exhibit (1), Planning Commission Resolution #7^7). A
condition of said resolution requires that a future agreement for
street lights be entered into by property owner (see Exhibit (2)).
Authorization for Mayor & City Clerk to execute agreement is needed.
