Statement of the Matter
The applicant has applied for a parcel split to create two (2)
parcels at the Southeast corner of Alder Avenue and Hollybrae Lane.
A portion of Hollybrae Lane is not improved to City Standards and
the construction of street improvements at this time is not practical.
In this case, a future improvement agreement is in order. Authorization
for Mayor and Clerk to execute future agreement is required.

Adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute attached
Future Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City.
