Statement of the Matter

A preliminary analysis.of the existing mechanical system in the City Council Chambers, and discussions with Thermodyne of Oceanside, the original installers of the City Hall air conditioning system, indicat that the Council Chambers can be air conditioned for less than $5,00C
It it is the Council's desire to proceed, we will proceed with the air conditioning project.
