Long, Sr. was accepted and the staff instructed to send a letter of appreciation to Mr. Long. Mr. Eric Larson, 163 Juniper, was appointed to the Commission and' the staff instructed to prepare a letter of appointment for the Mayor's signature. This was done so that all the Council members could be present to ask any questions which they may have, and so that, hopefully, the proposed Swimming Pool Study Committee could be considered at the same time. A memorandum from the Parks and Recreation Commission listing the proposed committee members is enclosed for your review.
