Statement of the Matter
It is necessary to employ the services of a certified MIA real estate
appraiser for City property aka Greenwood. The City Manager could be
authorized to negotiate the appraisal for a cost not to exceed $3,000.

open space grant funds. Staff recommends the appraisal.
