Statement of the Matter .
1. The City Engineer's office has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract No. 72-2.2 for conformance with the State Subdivision
Map Act and applicable State'and local ordinances of the City of
Carlsbad.
2. The final map conforms substantially to the conditions of the tentative
map approved by the City Council on Aug. 1, 1972.

Staff Recommendations
Adopt a motion: . •
a. approving the final map of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-2.2, subject to the
conditions of the tentative map, and •
b. authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a subdivision improve-
ment agreement on behalf of the City.
