- - Statement of the Matter -
In order to make use of the existing limited floor space allocated tc
the Planning and Engineering offices, and in cOnSideration of the
additicnal personnel in those departinents (8 additional employees
recruited this last year), it is proposed that minimal interim reall(
of office sDace be approved as shown on enclosed plan. Cost of matei
(labor by City Forces ,) would be approximately $1,550.00.

Adopt a motion approving the expenditure of unappropriated General Funds not to exceed $1,550.00 for the re-allocation and relocation of office space within the planning and engineering areas of City
