Statement of the Matter
The demolition of the old sewage treatment disposal facility has been
completed to the satisfaction of the engineer by Dakeno, Inc.
The final contract price for this demolition project is $3700.00, of
which 90% has been paid to the contractor.
The original contract amount for the project was $3700.00.

Adopt a motion:
1. accepting the work on behalf of the City
2. instructing the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion
3. instructing the City Clerk to release the bonds 35 days after the
Notice of Completion has been recorded.
