Statement of the Matter
1) Engineering Staff has completed checking the Final Map of Carlsbad Tract
No. 72-13 for conformance with State Subdivision Map Act and applicable
local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
2) The Final Map conforms substantially to the conditions of the
Tentative Map approved by the City Council on July 18, 1972
(Resolution No. 2047)
3) Lot "C" previously rejected for public street purposes in Carlsbad
Manor, Map No. 6503, recorded October 14, 1969, should now be
accepted. This 1' strip is immediately adjacent to Carlsbad Tract
No. 72-18.

Staff Recommendations
<]:) That the Council adopt: a. mot ion:
a) Approving the Final Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-18,subject to
conditions in Resolution No. 2047 and subject to receipt of
bonds, fees, subdivision agreement and required dedication for
right of way within 10 days, and
b) Authorizing Mayor to execute a subdivision agreement on behalf
of the City, and
2) That the Council adopt Resolution No.-3<93.}> accepting for public
street purposes all of Lot "A", in Carlsbad Manor, Map 6503.

RESOLUTION NO. 3033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED LOTS.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, particularly
described as Lot "C", Carlsbad Manor, according to Map thereof No.
6503, recorded October 1*t, 1969, which was previously rejected by
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for public street
purposes, is now hereby accepted for public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy hereof
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held
by the following vote, to wit:
