Statement of the Matter
1) Engineering staff has completed checking the Final Map of Carlsbad
Tract No. 72-19 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act,
and applicable local Ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
2) The Final Map conforms substantially to the conditions of the
Tentative Map approved by the City Council on August 15, 1972,
(Resolution No. 2064)

Adopt a Motion:
a) Approving the Final Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-19 subject
to conditions in Resolution No. 2064 and,
b) Authorizing the Mayor to execute a Subdivision Improvement
Agreement on behalf o'f the City.
