Sta tement of the Matter
The applicant has applied for a parcel split to divide an existing lot
in accordance with City Ordinance #9327. Parcel frontage is not
improved to City standards and the construction of the required improve-
ments is not practical. In this case, a future improvement agreement
is in order. Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
a future agreement is required.

Adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached
future improvement agreement on behalf of the City.
