Statement of the Matter
Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with City
Ordinance $9327. Portions of the Parcel frontage are not improved
to City Standards and the construction of these improvements at
this time is not practical. In this case a future improvement
agreement is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Future Agree-
ment i s requ i red .
