Statement of the Matter
.- Plans and specifications have been completed for 1972-73 street resurfacing and seal ing program (See Exhibit 1 ).
A priority list of streets to be included in the program was approved
by the Council on December 5, 1972. A.dditiona1 funds were approved
on January 16, 1973. The next streets on the priority list have been
included within the funds avai1abl.e. Streets to be included are shown on
Exhibit 2.
The Engineer's estimate for this contract is $73,585.00. Funds are available as follows:
